So this weekend was crazy! I won't go into details, but I have a cut on my cheekbone and am not very happy about it.
I love my friends.
The girl who used to be my best friend accused me of ditching her for my "new best friends" because they conveniently had the same schedules as me because they were dancers and I took the easy way out to friendship because I'm lazy.
Okay.
I hate ignorant people.
Not even worth arguing with.
Anyway my boy is still gone and I miss him like crazy. No communication. Still. This sucks.

Eddie really leaves for Saudi tomorrow.
WOW!
He's only gone for a month. It will be a true test of everything. We've only been dating for about two and a half months, but this is so new. He's never left a girl overseas and I've never been left by a boy who went overseas. I don't know exactly when I will get to talk to him, if anything more than an email if he gets a chance. I'm faithful, he's faithful. I just already can't wait for him to get home! And he's still in Kansas!!!
School on the other hand, I could do without.
Chemistry:: is Chemistry. I'm not really interested in it, but it's required.
Calculus:: well I got 14 out of 15 on my first test, which is a nice change from the first time I attempted the class my first semester in college where every test brought a D or below. I'm pretty excited and very proud of myself. But now I know what I need to do to get the job done.
Literature:: sucks. Not interested in poetry that has "deeper meaning." If I can't read in between the lines and realize that a sitting duck is actually describing a school bus.... well I'm sorry that is not my fault.
Ballet:: has been tough work. We start pointe work Thursday. PRAY FOR ME AND MY FEET!!!
Modern:: is interesting. I feel like I'm missing something because I really can't tell a lot of difference between Modern and Jazz. They're different, but the same. They all entail the same sort of work ethic, practice outside of class, stretching, strengthening, that sort of stuff. I love it, but I don't get it.
Work
Well I work only on the weekends because if I worked during the week I would definitely be more tired and exhausted than I already am. That seems like it couldn't happen, but I don't underestimate my body any more. It tries to keep up with my demands, but every now and then it seems to yell, "JUST STOP DROP AND SLEEP WOULD YOU????!!!!" Yeah, my body gets angry sometimes.
My family and I have been getting closer. Surprisingly facebook is now something my mother and I have in common. As I get older, it seems even daily, I appreciate my parents more and more. I realize they won't be here forever and they have given everything to make my life easier. They've put me through good schools, dance classes, bought me almost everything I ever asked for (not everything, but a lot of things), they paid for my car and fill it up for me since I don't work very much. They take care of me when I'm sick, cook for me when I'm home, let me hang out with my friends pretty much whenever I want to and support my rabbit and I without making us pay rent. They're the best parents I could have asked for. Actually.... I couldn't have even wished for parents this great.
There is a lot on my mind lately about relationships, school, work, I've been sick a lot lately, dance, my room is a mess, etc.... but life is good.

Army Girlfriend
My boyfriend is leaving for Saudi Arabia on February 17th. He's only going for a month, but that isn't what bugs me. It's that he will be across the oceans, half way around the globe. WEIRD!!! There is a lot of space between here and there.
Other than that I had my first calculus test Monday. I think I did well. *cross your fingers!* I didn't freak when it was handed out so that's a good sign.... generally speaking.
Busy busy busy! The weather is warming up every other day or so like it wants to stay warm. We'll see!!!!
